• Making daily calls, emails, SMS and WhatsApp messages to customers to give reminders of upcoming payments and amounts overdue.
• Sending project development updates to customers and responding to customers queries.
• Preparing and sending cancellation notices for defaulting customers.
• Close co-ordination with Account Receivable staff and ensuring booking of amounts received and receivable.

• Maintain recovery data sheet and reconciliation of amount received with Account Receivable
