Job Description: Evening Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:
1. Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
2. Provide product and service information to customers.
3. Process orders, forms, and applications.
4. Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
5. Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
6. Work with team members to achieve targets.
