As a Business Development Executive (BDE) , you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound sales calls. You will identify potential clients, pitch our products and services, and close deals over the phone. Your main goal will be to meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining a positive image of our company.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce our products and services.
• Conduct needs analysis and identify potential clients' requirements.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients
• Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and follow-up actions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and product knowledge.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a BDE or a similar role in an outbound sales campaign.
• Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette.
• Strong sales skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
• High school diploma or equivalent (a Bachelor's degree is a plus).
