Oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreements, and lease contracts.

Responsible to achieve sales targets of Air-conditioning Systems. Collection of debts from individual and corporate clients in designated areas, as per yearly targets assigned by GM Sales & RD. Ensure profit maximization through service and maintenance contracts and with cost efficient operations. Will also be responsible for developing and maintaining records of all sales transactions as well as information relating to clients.

- Corporate Sales of Split ACs units ranging from 01-08 tons. - Identification of potential customers - Customer visits and giving product presentations - Building strong relationship and brand image of product range

- Sales of ACs and HVAC solutions to Corporate & individual Clients. - Identification of new sales opportunities and closing deals. - Coordination with technical team for the designing of right solution for the clients. - Dealing with customers / handling their queries and recovery of payments.
