JOB PROFILE – Accounts & Finance
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES: • Making Journal Vouchers and Payment Vouchers upon the receiving the supporting documents and entering into accounting software to update the records. • Reconciling the statement of accounts with banks and customers’ accounts. • Maintaining and managing monthly reports, budgeting and forecasting. • Preparing payroll at the end of each month for employees and calculating the sales commission upon collecting the monthly payments from customers. • Preparing reconciliation related to payrolls that ensure the payroll is run accurately and efficiently. • Preparation of final accounts at the year-end by requesting all the banks to send the balances of the company’s accounts for finalizing the financial statement.
