As the Assistant HR Manager at Alike Corp since August 2019, I have taken on various responsibilities to support the HR department in facilitating smooth operations and promoting employee satisfaction. My key responsibilities include assisting with recruitment processes, conducting screenings and interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities for new hires. I also handle payroll administration, benefits management, and employee performance evaluations. Moreover, I have played a key role in organizing training and development programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
In addition, I am responsible for maintaining and updating employee records, handling employee relations issues, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. I have also been actively involved in promoting a positive work culture through organizing team-building activities and employee recognition programs. Overall, my role as Assistant HR Manager has equipped me with the skills and experience necessary to effectively support the HR team and contribute to the overall success of Alike Corp.
