Prepare Health & Safety strategies and co-ordinate the development of Health & Safety policies, system & procedures.
Ensure that all Health & Safety policies, procedures, rules & regulations are adhered to and are regularly reviewed, update & communicated.
Make sure the company meets legal obligations in all areas pertaining to Health & Safety at Work.
Perform Health & Safety Risk Assessment & consider how to Risks could be reduced or eliminate.
Make sure all accidents are documented; Investigated & recommendation for improvement are implemented.
Ensure Safety Inspections are carried out, Fire Drills, Fire Alarm are correctly reported & employees are aware their responsibilities related Health & Safety.
Maintain records of inspection finding & produce report that suggest improvement.
Established structured program of Health & Safety training's throughout the factory and maintain its proper record.
Keep up to date with all aspects relevant Health & Safety at work legislation and communicate changes to HSE Management.
Provide regularly reports to HSE Executive on Health & Safety activities.
Organize quarterly basis an evacuation drill at factory and maintain its proper records.
Ensure that all the documentation related to Health & Safety is maintained & up to date for the purpose of Social Compliance & other Compliance Audits.
Manage the daily activities of Housekeeping to include appropriate cleaning of all offices, seating areas, Production Floor, Washrooms, Corridor, Emergency Exits and other factory areas.
To ensure that all Health & Safety procedures are followed, in accordance with company guidelines.
To attend all emergency Fire Calls.
Conducting Safety, Hazards & Risk Awareness Training to employees.
Ensure a “Fire Watch” is providing during all “HOT WORK” Operations (i.e. Cutting & Welding).
Prepare Incident/Accident report.
Enlighten the hazards at each side and educate the every Individual Safety steps required for different jobs for example Fire Presentation, Fire Fighting, Emergency Evacuation, Heavy Lifting & Hot Work etc.
Identify unsafe action, unsafe conditions & immediate rectification of the same before any accident occurs.
Operation of Fire Pump and all kinds of Fire Fighting equipment's.
Monthly Safety Audits/Inspections.
Implement Work Permit System to reduce risk of Fire.
