Project & Contract Execution, Reporting & Management. Planning and supervision of predefined SOPs, SOWs, and SLAs.

Reviewing of PM records and verifies quality of PM data entry, prepare report with action plan for rectification.
Daily, Weekly, and monthly network outage Analysis and reporting.
Daily meetings with customer for Network performance, KPIs, and field related issues and solutions.
Regional Staff Performance Appraisals, project budgeting and invoicing.
Provide regular updates to CNPL managers for refueling outages in Central-III, Proper Co-ordination cycle between client & On-field POC's, Submission of refueling reports and monthly outage analysis, Follow up the teams to achieve FLM as per SLA, Follow up of preventive maintenance and refueling schedule, To Control the fueling outages & monitor the team movements in the regions, To schedule the duties of refueling NOC team,To prepare the refueling reports and loop all the manager for submission, To escalate the emergency refueling issues and to restore the BTS power asap.
