Hired as a RAN Swap Lead on ZTE – Telenor VEGA Swap Project in Central Region. This was the ZTE biggest ever Swap Project in Pakistan Telecom Industry. Applied my expert skills of Swap to develop Swap Scenarios and step by step procedure to successfully accomplish the project. Swiftly promoted due to strong performance and expertise skills. Saved a lot of un-necessary cost and delays to the project by conducting trainings for the subcontractors and risk analysis and its mitigations plan skills.
• Lead the pilot swap cluster of VEGA Project and successfully swapped site with all KPI's up to the mark.
Introduced Swap scenarios and MOP with time stamps for sites swap which improved quality and optimized the total down time for services.
• Recognized end to end swap steps from equipment dispatching to on-air and equipment dismantling to reverse transportation to warehouse, which had expedited the project pace and eliminated the loop holes for efficient project delivery.
