2. Fault diagnosing and Management Escalation.
3. Attended Core meetings related to customer's problems every week.
4. Deal customer's problems related to Huawei Core products.
5. Hands on experience on Huawei iManager U2000.
6. Visiting Ufone I-9 MSC and checking daily Ufone Networks Alarms related to Huawei CS Core Products inHuawei iManager U2000 in Ufone OMCR.
7. Attended Departmental Core Products Training.

4. GSM Architecture and environment, GPRS/EDGE Architecture and its working environment.
5. Alarm monitoring of different network elements through TeMIP.
6. Creation of Trouble Tickets of Alarms.
7. Sending trouble tickets to proper field through OVSD.
