Effective management of a project budget.
Audit of O&M (operation and maintenance) cost of company running projects, by requiring project expense statement from project managers having project funds and requiring justification if any transaction found suspicious.
Keeping a record of all projects for internal/external auditing and tax purposes.
General bookkeeping & entries on the journal ledger.
Ensuring that the project billings/invoices are issued to customers and payments are collected.
Preparing report on project profitability.
Produce monthly project reports.
Petty cash handling.
Preparing and submission of tender documents (Financial & technical proposal). Participate in bid opening meetings.
