During my employment period at IDEATE innovation, I assisted the UX Research Team with conducting an exploratory study to
understand Millenials' habits and uncovering insights on the relationship between Pakistani millennials and the banking industry.
During my employment period at IDEATE Innovation, we conducted a Human Centered Design study on Bio-Metric verification
system based cash withdrawal process for beneficiaries of the Benazir Income Support Program. The goal of the study was to
propose a robust, inclusive, and user-friendly solution to alleviate financial inadequacies in the system and provide a better
seamless process of cash withdrawal to beneficiaries of BISP.
In one of our BBA courses "Consumer Behavior" we were given a task to come up with a TV commercial for the launch of Starbucks in Islamabad
As part of my job at Pakistan Coalition for Education, I was also responsible for designing, writing and editing the monthly newsletter as a sole editor.
