RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for primary as well as secondary monthly/quarter/annual sales targets,
Chanel, Brand and SKU wise sales monitoring,
Ensure the effective functioning of distributors through regular contacts and assist them in overcoming their difficulties.
Monitoring and executing trade and promotional activities in market,
Managing the team of Merchandiser and DSR’s by daily morning meetings and to assist them in overcoming their difficulties,
Back checking of order bookers and market visits and ensuring that they are taking orders from every single outlet so that we can take maximum advantage of all sales opportunities,
Responsible for full market coverage by getting in touch with every single outlet for products availability and to find new potential markets.
Give training to Order bookers,
Ensure that all the company products are available at outlets and displayed with proper branding,
To ensure company KPI’s through distributors in the market,
Develop and Raise all the claims of my distributors and ensure that they are being credited to distributor’s account,
Implement and execute company plans to ensure IMS to gain maximum benefits like Programs for whole sale Chanel ”SANGAT” ,program for retail outlets "Vision Grocery Program", and "Vision Store Program" for Top Retail Outlets.
