XMG Studios / 2nd Mouse Ventures has been working on Mobile Applications and Games since 2011 and gave few of the top hits on Apple store. My role is to work as a product manager of the games and take charge of the product in all aspects from idea till final upload on store.

• Manage, coordinate and integrate the work of the Accounting and Payroll to a successful audit conclusion.
• Ensure that payroll is conducted accurately, timely and meets all local, state and federal requirements regarding pension, taxes, and related employee deductions.
• Ensure that accounts payable and purchasing documents (work orders) are processed efficiently, accurately and in a timely manner.
• Works with fee receiver to ensure that all revenues are accepted and accounted for appropriately.
• Prepare monthly forecasts and cash flow statement/analysis.
• Liaison with the external auditor to ensure thorough accurate and timely annual audit.
• Apply the principles, methods and procedures used in modern accounting and auditing to improve financial processes and procedures.
• Organize, develop, and direct financial affairs.
• Control the receipt and/or disbursement of monies.
• Supervise and perform professional functions involved in analyses and auditing of accounts, vouchers, and other records.
• Prepare statements of financial condition.
• Use of computerized accounting systems, analyzing complex accounting problems.
• Maintain Term Deposit certificates.
• Prepare suitable reports and to direct the establishment and maintenance of extensive accounting and related records and files.
• Ensure that disbursements of funds are within budgetary authorization limits.
• Such other responsibilities as assigned by the School Administrator.

• Confirming financial status by monitoring revenue and expenses; coordinating the collection, consolidation, and evaluation of financial data; preparing special reports.
• Maintaining accounting controls by establishing a chart of accounts; defining accounting policies and procedures.
• Guiding other departments by researching and interpreting accounting policy; applying observations and recommendations to operational issues.
• Maintaining financial security by establishing internal controls.
• Avoiding legal challenges by understanding current and proposed legislation; enforcing accounting regulations; recommending new procedures.

• Heading the purchasing department along with preparation of monthly demands.
