Ø Maintaining the attendance of the employees.Ø Calculating & processing the payroll.Ø Keep and maintain all records of employee hiring, leaves, transfers, appraisals, promotions, demotions, advances, loans, termination, and resignations.Ø Review and revise HR policies in compliance with changing or new legislationØ Develop the Rotation Policy and rotate the staff where and when needed.Ø To maintain Staff Personal Files by obtaining CNIC Copies, Photos, Educational Documents, Work Experience Letter etc.Ø Delegating Work and work load planning.Ø Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants as per SOPØ Processing the Appraisals of the employees annually.Ø Conducting the Training programs for the employees as per the need.Ø Preparing the Offer letters & Appointment letters for the selected candidates.Ø Grievance handling of various staff issues/queries related to various HR Policies.Ø Organize staff meetings and executive calendars.Ø Provide personal and professional support to C.E.O /Executive Director.Ø Coordinate and plan meetings and corporate events.Ø Supervision of housekeeping supervisor for cleanliness of building.Ø Utility & Bills Management (K-Electric, GAS, Telephone, Water and Sewerage etc.)Ø Purchases printed materials and forms by obtaining requirements; negotiating price, quality, and delivery; approving invoices.Ø Manage Travelling, Vehicles Management System & Transport Telecommunication, Canteen and UtilitiesØ To check and maintain the status of Fire Extinguishers, smoke detectors and other necessary security objects.Ø To maintain and check the Alarm System and CCTV system, checking of recording. Ensuring that all Cameras at every location are in working condition, periodically testing of Cameras, Alarm System and Time Attendance Machines.Ø Oversee the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems.Ø Oversee construction and renovation projects to improve efficiency and to ensure that facilities meet environmental, health, and security standards.Ø Survey of the building daily with Executive Director for smooth functioning of customer entertainment.
