I have been a business and marketing research professional since 2013. Through research projects and insights I have helped clients not only in Pakistan but also in European and US market.
I have played diverse roles in the positions I served in different markets, including technology, FMCG and talent acquisition. My roles across these markets were different from core marketing for FMCG, to Technical Talent Acquisition Expert, and Digital Marketing Consultant. This diversity has equipped me with insights into various aspects of these industries. I have also led the entire sales process for ZEPCOM successfully increasing the sales number up to 25% in single quarter. My duties also included managing the sales and business development team in marketing division. Our business researches by our team are utilized for improved sales process to handle various prospects.
My professional experience working with FMCG companies has raised the benchmarks for my success. I have served leading brands of Pakistan while working in Foresight Research. I learnt a lot there serving international brands and assisting statistical teams too. It helped me a lot in acquainting myself with practical marketing knowledge.
Moving forward from pure marketing to digital marketing, I joined ZEPCOM, where I became part of a team which assists business models for startups and technology agencies under the guidance of C-Level executives across the board. These international tech firms are served with consultancy services by our management and I have been a support person for management in the entire process.
Apart from my primary professional engagements, I frequently speak at knowledge sharing platforms and have hosted a number of sessions with versatile audiences, including teaching to undergraduate and graduate students at university level. This has helped me in strengthening myself as an active and progressive role player in the society.
