I read many articles here about the things that are not related to this website , so I got a feeling to share my thoughts on current problems with fresh graduates and how they feel before entering the maket and then after entering the market. I guess this is the serious issue now a days that is need to be addressed or headlined.

Let me introduce myself to you guys. I won't start with my name because it is already there ..see. yeah there.!. I belong to a small town (Btw we feel proud to call it a City but its another topic that it is not a city :P) known as SWABI. I'm an IT Graduate( BSSE ) from Abasyn University Peshawar and currently working at Digital Appliactions Islamabad ( PWD )as a web-internee.

So lets get back to the topic.!!

The main problem of graduates in Pakistan is that They don't get a decent job that could pay off a handsome salary after wasting 4 years in Universities and this is exactly what you thought I'm gonna say !! but I'm sorry to surprise you because Darling this is not the real problem. The real problem is the high hopes of the graduates after getting the 4 years degree handed. Hoping high is something make you strong if taken in a positive way and could make you weak if taken in a negative way. When a graduate get his degree handed he thinks that he has done quite a lot in his life and now its time to get a job and a handsome salary ASAP. It is good .. I guess very good but my Dad used to tell me "If you are not able to profit your company worth 100k , they won't pay you 20k (Jab tak aap apni organization ko 100k ka faida ni do gy tb tak wo aap ko kabhi 20k salary ni denge)". Shocked ?? but you don't need to be because its a business dear, everybody looks for their profit in every circumstances when it comes to business.

The educational system in Pakistan is at its worst. Eductaional insitutes and universities have become a business option for the business personells. Nobody care about the future of the students they just focus on earning money. They don't even know what the market expects from the graduates. Talking about the IT Market, IT market is one of the most successful markets in the whole world, but the problem is when a Fresh graduate enters the maket he don't even know the techs that could get him hired in the market because of the eductional problems in Pakistan and then they blame the Market for not getting the job. My dear you show some skills and everyone will hire you with love. If you haven't worked in the market and don't even knaw what the market is expecting from you then how in the world would they pay you a handsome salary ?? If you can't grow their business then why would they keep you ?? Universities fails to educate according to the requirements of the market , you can't change the educational system but you can make yourself change according to the market expectations. Don't care about the small salary that you get in start of your career because it is just a start and your are still learning to make yourself ready for the market which in near future will surely pay-off. I can understand the financial conditions of you and your family (Same is the case with many graduates that need to start earning ASAP including me). But trust me give yourself one year to make yourself ready for the market and you will taste the sweetness of that one year with the passage of time.

So don't shiver and be brave (Don't shoot anyone as you are not going to Pak-India Border)

Have a happy life :)
