Subsequently MHP expert supervised Escher Wyss staff and TA to carry out several measures for overcoming these vibration related problems (insitu grouting of turbine foundation, 24/7 air injection etc). During 2008-11, TA now HAQ Consult worked as an associate to POYRY Energy, Switzerland. Assisted in the preparation of proposals for large HPP; Tarbela 4th Extension HPP & DASU HPP.
