  • Our Products

    We deal in following Products:

Hot dip galvanized is a form of galvanization. It is the process of coating iron, steel or aluminium with a layer of zinc by immersing the metal in a bath of molten zinc at a temperature of around 860 °F (460 °C). When exposed to the atmosphere, the pure zinc (Zn) reacts with oxygen (O2) to form zinc oxide (ZnO), which further reacts with carbon dioxide (CO2) to form zinc carbonate (ZnCO3), a usually dull grey, fairly strong material that stops further corrosion in many circumstances, protecting the steel below from the elements. Galvanized steel is widely used in applications where corrosion resistance is needed, and can be identified by the crystallization patterning on the surface (often called a "spangle").

Electrogalvanized is a galvanization process in which a layer of zinc is bonded to steel in order to protect against corrosion. The process involves electroplating, running a current of electricity through a saline/zinc solution with a zinc anode and steel conductor

Galvannealed is the result from the combined process of galvanizing and annealing to produce specialized sheets of steel. The galvanization is made through the hot-dipping (Hot-dip galvanizing) process and an immediate in-line annealing and gives a very fine grayish matte finish. Galvanneal does not flake off its galvanized coating when formed, stamped, and bent. The very fine matte finish acts like a primer, allowing paint to adhere easily, and is very rust proof; only
white to dark grey marks appear if it comes in contact with water.

    Galvalume
The galvalume coating is an alloy consisting of approximately 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc and 1.5% silicon by weight, which is applied to steel by the continuous hot dip process.
Galvalume steel sheet offers the best qualities of aluminum coated (aluminized) and zinc coated steel sheet (galvanized). The aluminum/zinc coating has barrier corrosion resistance and heat resistance similar to aluminum coated steel. It also has good bare edge galvanic protection and forming qualities similar to continuously annealed commercial quality galvanized.
The appearance of Galvalume coating is quite distinctive. Its smooth, flat and fine spangle and a silvery metallic appearance make it attractive in unpainted applications.

    ALUZINC
Aluzinc is a steel substrate coated on both sides with an aluminium-zinc alloy. The composition of the coating is: 55% aluminium, 43.4% zinc and 1.6% silicon.
The excellent corrosion resistance of Aluzinc is a result of the properties of the two metallic substances: the barrier effect of the aluminium present on the surface of the coating and the sacrificial protection of zinc.

    Pre-Painted
Prepainted metal is produced by adding paint or film coating to strip metals, primarily steel and aluminium, on a continuous basis. This process is called coil coating. Coil coating is a highly efficient means of coating strip metals before fabrication of finished components, providing a high quality, uniform and reproducible surface finish

    Hot Rolled & Cold Rolled
In metalworking, rolling is a metal forming process in which metal stock is passed through a pair of rolls. Rolling is classified according to the temperature of the metal rolled. If the temperature of the metal is above its re-crystallization temperature, then the process is termed as hot rolling. If the temperature of the metal is below its re-crystallization temperature, the process is termed as cold rolling. In terms of usage, hot rolling processes more tonnage than any other manufacturing process, and cold rolling processes the most tonnage out of all cold working processes.
