Pros:
In house meals, Medical Insurance for self and family , Child Education Benefits, Provident Fund , Health Insurance. 
Cons:
No health or medical insurance for parents, No growth chances , Typical intercede culture, No appreciation or recognition in CS ( Level 1 ) , 12 Hours shifts forcefully. 
Advice to Management:
Everyone should be treated equally. The management positions should be given on merit basis only not on tenure.
