Pros:
In the world every one go for schools , colleges and universities for his better future.Good reason is to work with Abacus Consulting is to gain experience and to know about company deeper.
Cons:
Downsides i already mention in Advice to Manager portion.
Advice to Management:
My advice to Management to increase the salaries of your employees because this time every thing you are going to buy is expensive and in this salary which you are provided to employees is not enough.And second thing is to give chance to others also to come up not only the employees you like.Third thing is to co-operate with employees because when employees need something favor from management no body is giving , even a person had accident or he is unable to come on duty his manager talk with him rudly and saying come know in office otherwise he is going to terminate him or making any issue against him.Kindly make your employees happy then you get more benefit and your company is going high asap.
