Pros: perks and working environment, and learning that company provides but at the other hand hard work required and company do appreciate some how
Cons: if employees are going out of the way to work and help company grow and all but that employee do a little mistake then there is no exemptions for them and then they just kick u off
Advice to Management: they need to work on employees loyalty towards company, every one seems disappointed, feel less secure for the job.
