Have some vision - You are a big company now, please start making games instead of just creating content to publish on app stores containing ads - Plan ahead instead of going with the flow and changing policies weekly or monthly - Focus on employee's career building rather than unloading them once they start costing you bit more. Their under utilization is management's fault and company vision is responsible for that. (ex - Don't want to create good games so don't need expensive and experienced resources) - Value your employees and don't waste their potential - Pay Market Competitive
