OAG is distributor of Konica Minolta in Pakistan dealing in office equipments i.e printers, photocopiers, digital press. Operating with its head office in Lahore and branches in 7 major cities of Pakistan i.e Sialkot, Gujranwala, Islamabad, Peshawar, Faisalabad, Multan, Karachi. Remote areas are covered through our dealers network.

We “Office Automation Group” provide after sale services support all over Pakistan at our customer premises. We provide services for our total range of products i.e. Konica Minolta Photocopiers, Laser Printer and multifunctional printers. Our engineers are fully trained by Konica Minolta Japan. We put full emphasis on our in-house engineers training programs also on most regular basis, every month.
We have fully equipped training centre in our head office (Lahore) where we conduct all kind of trainings for our engineers as well as for our marketing staff.
We believe that only continuous training can produce good staff, which can be source of satisfaction for our customers in Pakistan.
We supply all products with one year warranty, inclusive services and free replacement of parts up till one year, including all troubleshooting absolutely free.

Our Services:
We offer following services allover Pakistan:
i) Annual maintenance contract (services)
ii) Annual maintenance contract for services and free parts
iii) Call based services, which is provided on per call charges bases to our customers
iv) Our service response time is same day, if complaint received in first half of day, otherwise it will be attended in the next working day.
v) If any of our products is down more than 24 working hours, we provide service unit to the customer, so their office work should not suffer.
