Pros:
No pros in going to this company. Pros or benefit is a word that is very far away from this so called company. One should think 1000 times before leaving his previous job n join here
Cons:
All they want is work there is no office boy in office and you even have to open doors for people who ring the bell n then they want developers to work in concentration
No increment in salary but expect decrements
They take ur interview n hire u on their own proposed salary and then if work is late from stupid deadlines they decrease ur pay.

Come out of the box n be wise
All developers have left the office n the technical officer says i kicked the developers one was a thief n one was a lier n one was with less experience stop lying urself
