Pros:
Good for fresh graduate and as it is a newly establish firm Pakistan so they have a lot need of employee. Doing business in a market which is new in Pakistan and not so establish in Pakistan
Cons:
Need a lot of work on their rules and regulation. No competent staff and need experts in every field. No increment after the end of prohibition period. Need to review their salary plans and hire expertise on key posts and according to their previous experience.
Advice to Management:
Advice is that they should review their firm and look at what state they are and how can the improve the missing things in their firm. They should hire employees by setting up some criteria and and the employees should be hired by HR personal. Need to establish their HR department
