• Kids U is an Accredited Early Childhood Learning Institute in Calgary, AB CANADA that is growing and continues to set the standard for excellence. We open collaboration to create a student-centered, inquiry based learning environment that cultivates enthusiastic and globally-minded individuals. Our team is fast growing and we are looking for an experienced Virtual Human Resources Manager who will work with our team to develop a best-in-class employment experience at Kids U.

  Kids U is a division of Kids U Inc which operates as a private for profit Company. Our centre began operation in April 2012 as Sandstone Christian Child Care Centre under the previous ownership. We were licensed by Calgary and Area Child and Family Services on October 19th 2012.

  Kids U operates as an Early Learning Institute serving families with children ranging in age from 0 months to 6 years, depending on the centre.

  Kids U admits children of any race, creed and national origin. Young children require a nurturing and stimulating program. We strive to meet these through experienced personnel, current educational programs and clean and visually appealing surrounding. Our unique curriculum offers loving child care while delivering an enriching and outstanding education program.

  At Kids U a primary goal is for children to feel safe and secure. Additionally, we believe that a learning environment which fosters respect for cultural diversity and utilizes an eclectic approach to education allows for optimal growth and development of young children. Young children’s developmental tasks are to build trust, learn social skills, begin mastery of academic skills and develop positive self esteem. In order to best support these tasks, our program strives to provide developmentally appropriate activities, well trained and consistent staff, a safe and healthy learning environment, and continuity of care. Also, throughout the whole learning process we believe parents are their child’s first teacher; thus, we work to support parents in their efforts to guide their child’s development as well.
