Job Description
Provides administrative support to the Human Resources Director on all personnel matters and assists with payroll processing and administrative operations.
Must have ability to handle followings:
1- Maintain, arrange and verify the data of individuals regarding punctuality and regularity and discus with the department’s head.
2- Prepare and verify the documents of the individuals and arrange it into the personnel files according to the standards of compliance.
3- Maintain and update employee records in master database to figure out the accurate strengths, CNIC records and etc.
4- Update departmental hierarchy to identify the departmental workforce needs.
5- Schedule and arrange interviews, prepare for sitting arrangements for interview process.
6- Prepare reports regarding punctuality and regularity of employees.
7- Draft Inter-office Memorandums & Letters (Formal & Informal both) and regulate them throughout the company unit.
8- Coordinate with employees and departmental heads to resolve their issues in respect of Human Resources Department.
9- Prepare and update Bonuses of company employee and contract workers. Suggest ideas and solutions, regarding changes required in the organization to compete forth coming challenges.
Job Specification
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent an MBA or MA in Human Resource Management
Minimum experience of one year.
Should have strong communication skill
Extensive exposure and network in the IT industry
Excellent negotiation, influencing, counseling, facilitation, conflict resolution, and presentation skills
