Job Description
Sales & Operations Officers required for our Sargodha Branch.
The sales officer will be responsible for:
1) Finding new clients for bank loan (sales)
2) Monthly instalment recovery
Operations Staff will Be Responsible for:
Handling customer for account opening and its related process.
- Preparation of letter of thanks to customers and other customer correspondence when assigned
- Review and monitor the service indicators assigned to the branch and take effective steps for its achievement
- Guide the walk in customers for loans to the sales office.
- All staff work pertaining to Customer Services at the branch
- To act as a coordinator for all communications pertaining to the staff within the branch and with the head office
- Entire inventory of Fixed Assets in the branch is verified by physical check
once a year & fixed asset register are reconciled to the account.
- To ensure that leave register is maintained.
- Maintenance of all kinds of correspondence, circulars, etc
- Orientation of the ATM for usage by customer.
- Ensure the up keep and the maintenance of the branch at all times.
- Be the owner of the administrative support to the branch needs in terms of the staff facilities and customer management..
Undertake payments and deposits for the bank customers as per the system within assigned limits
- Ensure compliance with Prudential and other regulatory instructions.
- Accept inward and outward clearing instruments and process on the system accordingly.
- Physical return of bad cheques
- Undertake Pay Order / Demand Drafts input and issuance when assigned.
- All tax liabilities for the customer need to be applied/executed and reconciled.
- All cheques sent for clearing/collection must be endorsed. On a weekly basis reconcile
Credits received against cheques sent for collection.
- Properly review applications for issuance of Payment Order and DD
- Backup of other cash officer
- Custodian of keys when assigned
- Reconcile his daily cash balances as per the transactions/ledger
- Bi-monthly reconcile his cash position with the branch overall cash position
- Maintain accuracy of reporting in case of shortages and overages, for the day.
-Any other responsibility assigned by OM/BM.
Job Specification
BA / B.com or higher degree.
Fresh to 1 Year of Experience.
