Job Description
- Manage a mixed base of clients providing various levels of service.
- Maintain strong communication with clients and internal team members to keep everyone informed of campaign status, scope or timeline changes and manage client expectations.
- Maintain, expand and strengthen client relationships and be recognized as a valued extended member of their team.
- Maintain good relationship with other internal departments, provide weekly status updates on accounts and identify additional improvement opportunities.
- Properly monitor campaign performance against client’s objectives, making optimization recommendations as necessary.
- Understand Agency service offerings and operational functions.
- Be a team player in showing openness to being asked to participate in projects or tasks that may be outside daily responsibilities.

- Open to travel domestic and international
Job Specification
2+ years related experience and/or training in client services, Brand activation or advertising preferable
A strong understanding of the brand activation/advertising industry.
Must have the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines with demonstrated initiative
