Job Description
Supervising all office and Admn functions, guest arrangements
(travel booking, hotel booking), guest welcome, telephone/mobile
bills etc (To take care of in the absence of executive Front Office).
2) Company asset management. Upkeep and maintenance of company
assets.
3) Coordination with all division representatives and supporting in Admn
activities.
4) Maintenance of employee attendance/leave records and sending
necessary data for salary preparation.
5) Statutory compliance with Govt. agencies as per applicable law e.g. Electricity, Service Tax etc.
6) Supervision and management of outsourcing contractors like
security, travel, housekeeping etc.
7) Handling Purchasing
8) Exposure to general accounting functions like bills clearance,
vouchers preparation etc.
9) Supporting ex-patriates as and when required.
10) Maintenance of office
11) Supervision of Renovation Work
Job Specification
Graduate/ Post Graduate
Experience in handling Admn functions.
Knowledge of handling computers
*Good command in English
*Self motivated, organized and hard working
