Job Description

The primary role of the customer service representative is to interact with customers to address their concerns, answer their questions and assist them with their needs. A customer service representative will often make quotations, answer customer phone calls and emails, responding to customers’ questions and concerns.

Job Specification

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Technical Writing and making Quotations
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
  • Receiving clients’ instructions to render our services
  • To create quotes at agreed margins
  • Ensure work is delivered to agreed service level
  • Expedite project orders and prepare required client reports
  • Purchase or coordinate with purchasing the entering of project related purchase orders, and
  • Perform other related duties as requested by supervisor or manager
