Job Description: Personal Assistant
Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support to the company's executives and team members.
2. Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
3. Screen incoming calls and correspondence, prioritizing and redirecting as necessary.
4. Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes during meetings.
5. Conduct research and gather information as required.
6. Coordinate and organize company events, seminars, and workshops.
7. Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents.
8. Maintain files, records, and databases in an organized manner.
9. Handle confidential information with discretion.
