Responsibilities

Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat

Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability

Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs

Lead generation

Qualifications

Fluency in English

Willing to work in the night shift

Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills (Training will be given)

Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

Working Hours

Night Shift 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Salary Package

40,000 PKR + Daily Bonuses on each Sale
