We offer consulting services to clients in the industry segments of Utilities (electric, water, and gas), Hospitality and Retail across North America.

Currently we are looking for our Islamabad office a recruiter that will help our clients find the right talent to staff our clients with be it a full-time, part-time, or temporary position. You will write job descriptions, posts the information in highly visible places, and then screens and selects candidates who best fit the criteria. You should have a strong sense of how to network for different roles based on the client’s expectations. A job fair or an online post may yield very different results, depending on the desired skill set. Additionally, you will be responsible to work with companies and be their go to guy for all of their recuritment needs.

You should process relation-building skills as well as amazing decision-making abilities. You should also have extensive knowledge of Resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems. You should have great organizational skills with a strategic mindset as well.

Responsibilities

  • Find companies and work with team to be their Talent acquisition person.
  • Working with clients to determine staffing needs
  • Conducting meetings with the clients and noting down their requirements.
  • Discussion on packages and qualifications criteria with the clients.
  • Knowing the job specifications, job candidates, and job requirements for the position.
  • Posting job ads on various platforms such as job boards, social media networks, and website career pages.
  • Attending job fairs and other professional events.
  • Attracting passive candidates via social media networks.
  • Developing various recruitment strategies if required.
  • Screening resumes and interviewing potential candidates on a regular basis.
  • Maintaining a strong talent pipeline for future use.
  • Preparing reports on the best-fit candidates and updating the clients.
  • Ensuring proper documentation of the entire hiring process is maintained.
  • Updating and storing all the required information in Resume Databases.
  • Maintaining a healthy relationship with the clients and other staffing agencies.

Job Specification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or a relevant field. Will take work experience in lieu of Degree
  • Work experience as a IT Recruiter, HR Coordinator, Corporate Recruiter, or a similar position in the Human Resources department.
  • Demonstrate the ability to evaluate candidates via the interview process.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Great listening skills.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and Databases.
  • Strong working experience in writing accurate job descriptions.
  • Knowledge of various job boards.
  • Quick decision-making abilities.
