Training and Development executive

We are looking for young career minded graduates with 6-12 months commercial experience and a desire to join a young and vibrant company with the real prospect for career progression. You should be fluent in English (both written and spoken) and be well equipped with researching abilities as you will be responsible for updating the training manual and conducting training programs. Full training will be given to the successful applicant. After initial training you will act as Training & Development Executive for in-house training needs. You should therefore have a keen desire to develop good training skills and research methods as this will be a key performance benchmark.

Key Requisites
- Graduate caliber, preferably with a post graduate qualification with a major in training & development
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) with a desire to develop fluency to a business level standard
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer literate with good internet searching skills
