We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Full-time HR Assistant to join our Futurex team in a remote capacity.
As an HR Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Human Resources department with various administrative tasks and responsibilities. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities will contribute to the overall success of our HR operations. Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general inquiries, providing timely and accurate information. Coordinate employee offboarding procedures, including exit interviews and necessary documentation.
• Previous experience in an HR support role or administrative position is preferred, specifically capable in people management.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced remote work environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective remote collaboration.
• Proficiency with HR software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• High level of integrity and discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
• A proactive attitude, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.
• Have own laptop and have access to a stable internet connection and a suitable remote work environment is necessary.
