Core Functions:
As an HR Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR team in executing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with our organization's goals. Your responsibilities will include:

Technical Recruitment:

Creating and posting job advertisements
Sourcing potential candidates
Screening resumes
Coordinating interviews

Employee Onboarding:

Assisting in conducting new hire orientations
Ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new employees

Employee Relations:

Providing support in HR-related matters
Assisting with HR administration tasks

HR Data Management:

Maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases

Employee Engagement:

Supporting employee engagement initiatives and activities

HR Policy and Procedure:

Contributing to the implementation of HR policies and procedures

Reporting and Analysis:

Assisting in HR reporting and data analysis as required

HR Best Practices:

Staying updated on HR best practices and assisting in implementing improvements

Requirements:
To qualify for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

Fresh Graduate in Human Resource Management (HRM) OR preferably 1 year of relevant experience
Passion for HR and a desire to learn and grow in the field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a team
Familiarity with HR software/tools is a plus
