Job Description
We are hiring for an HR Officer.
Experience: minimum 1 year to 3 years.
Skills: Must know the usage of MS Office and computer, have good communication skills.
Salary: 30k to 50k
5000-9000 subsidy bonus
Other bonuses of overtime.
Rotational off: Saturday or Sunday
1 month Probation period.

1: Preparation of Organization charts and Job Descriptions / Job specifications
2: Organizational design and job evaluation
3: Recruitment and Selection:
• HR Planning Every End of the month needs to be submitted. Next month HR Planning, keeping in touch and view with the organization which needs and recruit excellent staff according to department needs.
• Recruitment Process:
• Organize company LinkedIn and Facebook, Advertise the position and collect CVs through all channels.
• Selection Process
• Resume Screening, Preliminary/telephonic interview, Preliminary test, Interview of the short-listed candidate, final interview Salary setup, Reference check, Medical Checkup and providing Job offer letter to the candidate
• Orientation
• Issuance of Orientation File, issuance of orientation plan and its execution.
4: Discipline
• Organize and conduct inquiries related to discipline of Workers like absence without leave, comers security breaches and theft etc. and take appropriate disciplinary action.
• Issuance of Show Cause Notices to workers against misconduct etc. and takes disciplinary action including termination.
