• Researching and collecting data for various HR initiatives.The candidate will be guided and trained to execute and perform the following tasks: • Researching and collecting data for various HR initiatives. • Managing attendance. • Advertising all open job positions. • Conducting interviews, filing their credentials, preparing appointment letters/contracts. • Performing reference and background checks. • Preparing materials for orientation and conducting orientation. • Coordinating with the HR Manager, helping the HR Manager in formulating policies and assisting him to implement them. • Creating new personnel files. • Managing employee data. • Conducting training and workshops where necessary. • Conducting exit interviews, preparing experience letters. • Other tasks as assigned
Job Specification
Candidate Must have following Skills:
Excellent English writing and communication skill.
Very strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel required).
