Job Description

Human Resource Manager:

Who is Human Resource Manager ?

This position is responsible processing monthly payrolls for full and part-time staff as well as a variety of HR & Accounts duties including but not limited to the following functional areas: recruitment & hiring, benefits administration, compensation, employee relations, onboarding/offboarding, performance management,back-up of every post, policy development & implementation, regulatory compliance, training and professional development, Procurement and Inventory management, Administrative works and daily operations.

Report’s Sharing Criteria:
1-Start at 12:30 PM and end the shift at 10:00 PM From Monday to Thursday.
2-Start at 01:00 PM and end the shift at 10:00 PM on Friday.
3-Start at 10:00 AM and end the shift at 06:00 PM on Saturday.(Alternate)
4-Share daily to-do list and done todo list (at end of the shift) at Skype group on time.
5-All employee’s daily leave and absent reports must be shared with top management before shift starts and at the end of each shift, run reports must be sent via email on a daily basis.
6-Give hourly updates into relevant skype groups.
7-All HR data ( all HR policies relevant documents, all hiring stuff) must be shared in an online google drive account. And make sure you are strictly not allowed to save any file in the HR system offline.
8-All job portals platforms must be checked and update its credentials in an online google drive sheet (which must be shared with top management) and update it on a daily basis.
9-All employee’s monthly performance evaluation appraisal reports must be submitted to higher management on the monthly basis and announced employee of the month after top management discussion.
10-All employee’s daily break timings report and make sure their hours are adjusted accordingly, deduction of pays and other stuff will be structured.
11-Prepare company profit and loss reports with Project Manager on a monthly basis and update to top management.
12-Management asana needs to be updated on a daily basis and also schedule asana for the next 2 weeks.
13-HR rule violations, fines and acceptance report.
14-Inventory report sharing on a weekly basis.

Responsibilities:

1-Implementation of all HR policies and update it according to system requirements.
2-Pre Joining, Post Joining, and employee leaving and retention processes.
3-HR will be responsible for any type of data leakage related to management.
4-Employees of the month need to be announced on a monthly basis and prepare certificates and further stuff against it.
5-Update calls logs, key register, stamp register, email verification codes & contact details in specified registers.
6-Maintain all employee’s document files on a weekly and monthly basis and make sure all relevant stuff must be updated.
7-Preparing building security measure like CCTV monitoring on regular basis
8-Old employees and new employees databases must be maintained and shared on a weekly basis
9-Make sure replacement of each hiring position must be done.
10-Need to organise all HR data on HR relevant software. (after some research work)
11-Email to employees about Teamlogger hours and send every employee their team logger hour after 15th, 1st Friday of each month
12-Make sure that staff get paid correctly and on time.
13-Answering calls, responding to texts, and staying active on HR Mobile(specially weekend)
14-Accounts-related and key holders detail audit.
15-Petty cash, cost control, budgeting detail audit, and all physical filing detail checkup.
16-Maintain human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
17-Coordinate the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepare and maintain the employee handbook and the policies and procedures manual.
18-Develops and monitors the performance evaluation program; administers annually, working closely with managers to ensure successful completion.
19-Conducts recruitment and hiring for all personnel; conducts new employee onboarding and orientation.
20-Manages employee relations counselling and exit interviewing.
21-Participate in annual audit preparation and fieldwork as needed.
22-Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
23-Maintain organisation staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counselling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analysing exit interviews; recommending changes.
24-Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
25-Maintain human resource staff job results by counselling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
26-Collaborates with executive leadership to define the organisation’s long-term goals; identifies ways to support the mission and strategic goals through talent management.
27-Researchers develop and implement competitive compensation, benefits, performance appraisal, and employee development programs.
28-Ensures compliance with employment, benefits, safety, and other laws, regulations, and requirements.
