As the HR Executive for our Dubai franchise in Lahore, your role is pivotal in driving our growth and success, overseeing various HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop HR strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and maintain a positive work environment.
• Oversee performance management, training, and compliance.
• Manage benefits, compensation, and engagement.
• Promote diversity, resolve conflicts, ensure legal compliance.
• Utilize HR metrics for data-driven decision-making.
• Identify potential leaders and succession plans.
• Collaborate with management and optimize HR operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (Master's degree a plus).
• Min 1-2 years of HR management or relevant experience.
• Profound knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
• Commitment to diversity and inclusion.
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is advantageous.
