The Recruiter should be highly skilled in order to recruit high quality business development (Managers, specialists and executives), he/she should also possess I.T background so that he/she can evaluate, assess and ensure the quality of (Developers, Digital Marketers, Graphics designers, App developers etc).
Strong negotiation and administration skills.
He/she should also possess the ability to build a high quality candidate pool and ability to refill any vacant position within given timeframe.
Preferably a Digital Marketing Agency experience.
Hands-on experience of developing a robust HR policy as per labour laws.
Preferably Master’s in H.R, having graduation in I.T.
Must have a proven track record as a recruiter within the world of Digital Marketing
The successful candidate will have creative sourcing capabilities, exceptional people skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to demonstrate a solid understanding of the IT industry and related technologies.
Individual must be a self-starter.
Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience recruiting in a technology service company preferably digital marketing.
