• Monitor, respond to, and engage in online conversations
  
• Research and write content for social media sites, website, blog and newsletters.
• Work with KIPS marketing & IT department on matters related to all social media channels. ·
  
• Find new and creative ways to promote on social media. ·
  
• Contribute to framework for social media analytics. ·
  
• Analyze and report digital marketing performance; translate anecdotal and qualitative data into recommendations and plans for improvement. ·
  
• Helps top management in defining the social media policy as per modern trends. ·
  
• Build and implement social media programs that ensure appropriate messaging is executed online, to support corporate goals, incorporating Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Viemo Flicker, Google+, etc. ·
  
• Monitor social media groups, trends, tools, and applications and recommend actions/next steps. ·
• Work closely with colleagues across the organization to develop and post content to social networking sites. · Regularly report insights gained from social media monitoring to internal and external stakeholders.·
  
• Monitor the company's social media performance usage reports and tracking search engine results. ·
  
• Other tasks as per guided

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop/ Corel Draw or Illustrator
• Proficiency in writing, editing and crafting content for the social media.
• Ability to work well with a team as well as alone
  
• A Can Do Attitude is highly required.
• Excellent written communication skills
  
• Knowledge and understanding of technology, search engines, new trends and the latest in social media innovation.
• Ability to think strategically and creatively.
