Recruitment Strategy:
HR Executives specializing in hiring are responsible for devising and executing a comprehensive recruitment strategy. This includes understanding the organization's staffing needs, developing job descriptions, and creating attractive job advertisements.
Talent Sourcing:
They actively search for talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals. They also build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners.
Candidate Screening:
HR Executives review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit within the organization. They may also conduct background checks and reference checks.
Interview Coordination:
