Responsibilities:

• Find and reach out to potential customers who need truck dispatch services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers by understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service.
• Work with the operations team to make sure that loads are coordinated smoothly, deliveries are on time, and customers are happy.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and what competitors are doing so you can come up with new sales strategies and find new sales opportunities.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
