We are looking for a candidate who can lead a team of Sales/Pre-Sales personnel on the Regional level to help the organization attain its goals and objectives.
Moreover, a complete over-view is as under:- Designs, recommends sales and marketing programs and set long-term and short-term sales strategies. ·
- Over-sees the sales of the organization’s products and services in multiple districts. ·
- Sourcing different dealers/distributors. ·
- Participation in the interviews and recruitment of the new sales staff. ·
- Reviewing of sales objectives with business group heads. ·
- Reviewing training requirements accordingly.
