Job Description
- To perform administrative and coordination tasks.
- Provide information to visitors, students and others coming in contact and answer phone calls.
- Attend to visitors and deal with inquiries on the phone and face to face. Supply information regarding the organization to the general public, clients and customers.
- Operate telephone switchboard answer, screen or forward calls by providing information and taking messages and deliver the same to person concerned in a timely manner.
- To receive calls and divert as per the request of caller.
- Greet person coming in contract, and direct or escort them to specific destination.
- To note down the message, any kind of complain and convey to the concern person.
- To maintain the extension list on the system from time to time.
- Receiving and sorting daily mail/deliveries/couriers.
- Answering, Screening and forwarding incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
- File and maintain records of telephone/ courier and enter it in register for record keeping.
