Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head Hunter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent for our organization. The role involves headhunting and building strong relationship with candidates, while also collaborating with hiring managers to meet our leadership hiring needs.

Responsibilities:

Recruiting Search:

• Conduct in-depth research and market analysis to identify potential candidates for the Open positions.
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including headhunting, networking, and industry events, to attract passive candidates.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent for current and future hiring needs.
• Source potential candidates on niche platforms, like Indeed, LinkedIn, Rozee.pk, Glassdoor and Mustakbil.com
• Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen resumes
• Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities

Candidate Engagement:

• Establish and maintain relationships with high-caliber executives, understanding their career goals and motivations.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
• Effectively communicate the organization's value proposition to attract top talent.

Negotiation and Offer Management:

• Lead negotiations with selected candidates to secure their commitment to join the organization.
• Work closely with the HR team to facilitate the offer and onboarding process for executive hires.
