Position Overview:

As a Customer Sales Representative (CSR) in our outbound call center, you will play a crucial role in engaging potential customers, understanding their needs, and promoting our products and services. This role demands excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to meet sales targets while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers with the aim of promoting and selling our products and services.

Build and maintain a strong understanding of the features and benefits of the products/services offered.

Effectively communicate product/service information, promotions, and pricing to customers.

Identify customer needs and tailor sales pitches to match those needs.

Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Record and maintain accurate customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.

Handle customer objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions or escalate as necessary.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve sales strategies and techniques.

Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.

Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications is a plus.

Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing, preferably in a BPO environment.

Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and persuasive speaking voice.

Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.

Exceptional time management and organizational skills.

Positive attitude, resilience, and a strong work ethic.

Ability to adapt to changes and embrace continuous learning.

Prior experience in the telecommunications, finance, or technology industry is a plus.
